Upon your arrival in Cusco in the morning, our warm and friendly team will be waiting to welcome you and comfortably transfer you to your 3-star hotel, located in the heart of the city. You will have time to rest and acclimatize to the altitude before starting our exciting adventure.

In the afternoon, we will begin a fascinating City Tour that will allow you to discover the magic of the former capital of the Inca Empire and its impressive historical treasures:

• Qoricancha Temple:
  We will begin our tour at the legendary Temple of the Sun, known as Qoricancha. Once covered with gold sheets, this temple was the most important religious center of the empire. Admire the perfection of Inca architecture fused with the colonial beauty of the Convent of Santo Domingo, built over its foundations.
• Sacsayhuamán:
  Next, we will head to the impressive ceremonial fortress of Sacsayhuamán, famous for its enormous stone blocks meticulously carved and assembled without mortar. From this strategic point, you will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the city of Cusco.
• Qenqo:
  We will continue to Qenqo, an ancient Inca sanctuary dedicated to religious rituals. You will explore its labyrinth-like passageways and ceremonial altar carved in stone, used for offerings and sacrifices.
• Puka Pukara:
  Our next stop will be Puka Pukara, the “Red Fortress,” a military outpost that guarded the entrance to the Inca capital. Its distinctive reddish color at sunset gives it a special charm.
• Tambomachay:
  Finally, we will visit Tambomachay, known as the “Inca Bath.” This ceremonial complex stands out for its aqueducts and water channels that flow continuously, representing the worship of water in the Andean worldview. At the end of the tour, we will transfer you back to your hotel, where you can rest and prepare to continue exploring the charms of Cusco.

• We will start the day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before departing to the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas, a region full of history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes.
• Our first stop will be the charming town of Chinchero, known for its ancestral textile traditions and beautiful archaeological complex. Here, we will admire weaving techniques passed down from generation to generation and explore Inca ruins blended with colonial architecture.
• Then, we will head to Moray, a surprising Inca agricultural experimentation center composed of circular terraces that created a natural system of microclimates. This site reveals the profound knowledge the Incas had of agriculture and nature.
• A short distance away are the famous Maras Salt Mines, a unique visual spectacle. More than 3,000 salt ponds have been used since pre-Inca times for the artisanal extraction of salt. The landscape formed by these ponds, shining under the sun, is simply unforgettable.
• At midday, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, surrounded by imposing mountains and a peaceful atmosphere.
• With renewed energy, we will continue to the impressive archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo, an ancient Inca fortress that was the scene of important battles during the Inca resistance against the Spanish conquest. Its massive stone terraces and cobblestone streets transport us back in time.
• Finally, we will visit the picturesque town of Pisaq, exploring its archaeological complex, which offers a panoramic view of the valley and showcases the grandeur of Inca architecture.
• After a day filled with history and stunning landscapes, we will return to Cusco to rest and absorb the beauty of the Sacred Valley.

• The most anticipated day has arrived. Very early in the morning, we will embark on an unforgettable train journey to Aguas Calientes, traveling through dreamlike Andean landscapes while the Urubamba River accompanies us along the route. Through large windows, you will admire imposing mountains and lush cloud forest, creating an experience as magical as the destination that awaits us.
• Upon arrival, we will ascend to the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu to enjoy a guided tour of its main temples and sectors, unveiling the secrets of this Wonder of the World. At the end of the visit, we will board our train and return to Cusco, carrying the unforgettable memories of a journey that began aboard a train as special as the destination itself.

• We will start the day very early, and our transportation will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. We will depart south of the city on a journey of approximately two hours until reaching the town of Cusipata, where we will enjoy a delicious Andean breakfast.
• Then, we will continue our journey by transport for one more hour to the starting point of the hike, Phulawasipata. From here, the walking adventure begins, surrounded by Andean landscapes, herds of llamas and alpacas, and mountains that change color as we ascend.
• After approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of hiking (depending on the group’s pace), we will reach the famous Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca). Once at the summit, we will have time to marvel at the spectacular multicolored views, take photographs, and enjoy the natural surroundings.
• After descending, we will return to the transport and head back to Cusipata, where a comforting buffet lunch awaits us.
• Finally, we will return to Cusco.
